"Hey Ron" said his ex tormentor.
"Hi" said Ron reluctantly, his hands still trembling.
Prakash was Roshni's boyfriend. A teenager, a your younger to Ron, Roshni and him were from the same school, the guy was blessed with flamboyant and rich parents who showered Prakash with their wealthy love. Prakash was the ex head boy of his school, a basketball champion, Meritorios student of the year, owned a Jeep Wrangler during his 7th grade, now he has changed his all so macho automobile to the small and sweet Volkswagen Beetle. The guys were envious and the girls were awed of his personality.
But Ron wasn't envious seeing him now, he only wish he could disappear somehow, and Mr Black was busy checking out the girls in City Centre I guess.
"Hey Ron, cmon man don't look so nervous, I just saw you sitting here alone so i thought i might give you some company" said Prakash.
Ron stared at him blankly as if he were deaf and was waiting for gestural communication.
"Look, i know its kinda weird of me to come up to you like this, especially what happened a few months ago. Okay i don't usually say this but I am sorry" said Prakash
Ron let out a feeble "Its ok" and cleared his throat.
"Let bygones be bygones, I only hope you could release that memory and maybe we can start all over again" said Prakash.
"Yeah sure" said Ron softly and again cleared his throat.
Ron kept on pretendng that his soft voice was only because of a sore throat and not because he was actually intimidated by Prakash.
Prakash gave a wry smile and looked at Ron.
Suddenly his phone rang, a sleek Nokia N97 rolled out of one of his pockets, but then it wasn't ringing, an Apple I Phone rolled out of another and Prakash answered the call.
"Oh you are here, yeah i am at the stairs, come quickly am waiting." Prakash said and hung up.
Ron now felt the pressure in his guts, going to the bathroom would be a good idea or just going anywhere by eluding this bastard would be great. But he too overcome with fear to do anything
A collage of thoughts and questions clouded Ron's mind, " Who could that caller be?". "Could it be her?" "did she trap me?", "Could it be more guys to aid Prakash to turn me into pulp", "where the fuck is Arjun?"
But before Ron could find a possible answer for any of the questions, he turned around and saw, that a gorgeous girl came towards Prakash with a relieved smile in her face, she was one of those women who could be termed as "drop dead gorgeous". She wore a white sphagetti, red hot pants, and roman sandles. She carried a chic Louis Vuitton vanity bag and her hair was tied tightly with a top knot, the smell from her hair and body lingered like a sweet breath of lavender.
"Hey Ron, I would like you to meet, Rasika, my girlfriend" said Prakash.
Ron was startled at this. Here he was thinking that he and Roshni are still together but this bombshell came in with a treat which satisfied the eye and pacified his heart.
Ron was relieved beyond limits as if he just took a shit after hours of restraint.
Ron immediately grabbed Prakash by his shoulder and said " Great going man, but what about Roshni?".
Prakash let go off his hand and said " Cmon man let bygones be bygones, she was a thing of the past, now we are happy seperated."
Ron couldn't believe what he heard, he almost fist pumped his hand thrice.
"Lets go for a smoke, eh Ron" said Prakash.
"I have some in my car its parked near the CD block field" said Prakash.
The trio left City Centre and the three of them somehow shared a good time laughing and cracking their way out of the gates of the mall.
As the reached the red Volkwagen Beetle, Ron received an S.M.S it was from Arjun.
